  Karen Hardy has been so amazing to work with. She was supportive from the very beginning and kept us informed all the way through. She guided us through the process and we felt that she really had our best interests at heart. Initially I chose our agent based on who I felt I could speak to you every day for weeks on end (which I could easily do with pleasure with Karen!) but it ended up much more than that, she was easily the best agent we could have hoped for.
